| Rate offerings for secondary charges have to be active in 5.5
In GC3 4.5, we were told to set IS_ACTIVE=N on rate offerings used for secondary charges.
After migrating our DEVL system to OTM 5.5.4, we found that secondary charge shipments were getting built with zero cost and a lot of blank attributes. We discovered that by setting ACTIVE=Y on the secondary charge rate offerings, we were able to build secondary charge shipments with properly populated fields.
We have found absolutely zero mention of this in the online documentation. Does anyone know whether this is a feature or a "feature"? Also, if this is the intended behavior, we need to find a way to prevent the secondary charge rates from being used to plan the initial BUY shipments Ideas, anyone? |
