Dear OTM Community,
We need to select different Sell Rate Offerings/Records depending on the Buy side Service Provider ID. We created Service Provider Profiles that defined Preferred and NonPreferred Service Providers hoping that the profile could be used for the system to select compatible Sell Itineraries and/or Rate Offerings. So far, this approach has not worked. Does anyone know how to use Service Provider Profiles or have an alternate way to select the specific Sell Rates based on the Buy carrier?

Hello Sue,

I would suggest using the Transport Mode. Set the transport mode on the Sell side depending on the Buy Servprov.

We have done something similar, but we were not really using transport Mode for anything else.
