Specific FAK for a NMFC item

We have a situation as described below:

Carrier A has given Customer B an FAK 50 on a specific NMFC item #051145. This FAK 50 on item #051145 only applies when rating to Carrier A and no other carrier and the FAK 50 on item #051145 only applies for Customer B.

Is there a way to set this up in OTM?

Hi Christopher,

I hope this can be handled in the "Rate Record" level by using the basis as the item id and an additional refnum say at the order release level which points to the customer.
Please give a shot at this and repost should you require more info

We recently moved to a new instance and we are getting the following error in the logs when trying to create sell side shipments:

Rate Geo rate service Not Compatible because of Iinerary Leg Rate Service Profile.

We have confirmed that the Itineraries have no defined Rate Service Profile.

Any ideas on what else might be causing this error?
