Allocation Rule

Hi,
We have a requirement in cost allocation. Our client allcoate cost based on actual weight plus weight for the given volume of the order/line.

They calculate weight for the given volume in the following way.

Volume = 1000 CUFT
Weight of the volume = (Total volume / Volume per KG)
if volume per KG is 100 CUFT
The result will be 10 KG
Actual weight = 50 KG
so the total weight of the line is 60 KG.

Can anybody help me in configuring this in OTM allocation rules?

Thanks,
Venkat.
