Hi,

We have created an invoice from service provider login and Shipemnt is ther in customer login.When we create Automation Agent for matching but it is not working since the Shipment is in other domain and Match is failing.But if we manually click option "Auto Match Invoice" it matching the Invoice with Shipment.

Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

It is created in service provider domain.

Arpit,

Could you pls configure 'RunAs/Domain Query' on your Agent to select your CUSTomer domain (where you have the shipment) and re-execute the Agent.

For eg. SELECT '<Your Customer Domain name>' FROM ORDER_RELEASE WHERE ORDER_RELEASE_GID = ?.

Please let me know if this worked.

Arpit- You could replace ORDER_RELEASE in the above example (Query) with INVOICE if your Agent Type=INVOICE.
