Hi :

Can anyone tell the difference between Auto Pay and Auto Approval and how these work ?

I read the help but my test results were different than expected.

Hi Jay,

Auto Pay will enable you to create Invoices from a Buy Side Shipment. This would mean that you are not Matching and Approving an Invoice.

Auto Approval on the otherhand, relates to Match and Approval. Once an Invoice has been matched to a Shipment, it can then be Auto Approved. It must match certain criteria to be Auto Approved. EG, be within 5% of the Shipment Costs. Once Approved, a VOUCHER will be created in OTM.
