Hi All

Is it possible to edit invoices in 5.0, i had tried but was unsuccessful. I found this text in OTM help " The invoice manager enables you to manage the buy-side financials process, from entering and editing payment invoices to matching invoices to buy shipments, approving invoices for payment, and allocating and issuing vouchers"

Can anyone elaborate on this and help me

Hi,

Perhaps you have to specify a bit more. At what stage do you want to edit the invoice?

Normally you should be able to create and edit an invoice.

We edit the invoice data daily. Basically change the line item costs to match the actual cost of the shipment. It might just be a setting on your screenset that the 'Edit' function needs to be added.
