Sell Side Settlement

We have an account that is going to be a buy/sell account, and I am trying to handle the sell side settlement in OTM. We are proficient in the buy side settlement with invoices and vouchers, but not on the sell side. Does anybody have any documentation or can proived details on sell-side settlement process? Also does anybody have any advice? We are currently in 5.0. Thanks.
