Hai ,

Iam getiing the below error when i am trying to calculate the VAT .

Please help.


VAT calculation failed because VAT outcome EXEMPT_EXPORT_LOCAL_SERVPROV is not configured for configuration ID {vatConfigurationId=null} and perspective A (vatConfigurationGid=GUEST/DOMAINTEST.TEST VAT EUR)

This is due to Planning Parameter Set being used I think.

Have you set up the Planning Parameter Set?

It's been a while since I have looked at this, but if you can provide further details on how you have set up the VAT calculation, I should be able to assist.

Hi,

I have created the vat code ,vat code order set , and VAT Configaration .

i have created the planning parameter with the VAT Configaration ID i have created .

I have selected the same planning parameter to plan the shipments .

after the shipment and invoice getting created i am not able to calculate the VAT .

I get the below error "

i belive there is something to do with the vat outcome ID .I have not created a new VAT out come id (Not sure if we can create one) i have used the existing one.

It has been a while since I configured VAT. But I can remember having a huge amount of issues getting it right.

I also have used EXEMPT_EXPORT_LOCAL_SERVPROV. But I could not get it to work for Perspective A. I had to specify S for Sell. Other configurations below:

Goods Location Type - Shipment
Customer Involved Party Quaifier - BILL-TO
Vat Outcome ID - EXEMPT_EXPORT_LOCAL_SERVPROV
VAT Code - VAT_GID
VAT Country Source - Shipment
Priority - 1

Also, VAT Registrations Against your Corporation of the Service Provider.
