Just need your help, how to setup email in OTM meaning that user can receive any activities thru email.Currently i doing OTM version 5.0

I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for. Are you looking for email notification of various order and shipment events? Assuming that you are - I've moved this into the Workflow forum.

Please post some more details, so that others can better help you.
