Can i configure an alert message in the OTM(like alerts in html pages) or in OTM if a particular event happens i want to alert a set of user regarding that event.(i tried the message center and business monitor).Is there any option for that. Can any one help me out

None that I'm aware of. As far as I remember, the only alert mechanisms in OTM / GC3 are:

• Email
• Fax
• Message Center
• Business Monitor

Does anyone else have any workaround and/or hacks to accomplish this?

In Alert Messages thru business monitor is there any option to get auto alert message to the user with out clicking on the 'b' icon on the top of the screen.
