I have seen the Document Functionality in OTM, i wish to attach a document to an Object. Is it possible to attach and then transmit with the Object to any external contact.
You can send the document to a contact. You have to be aware here that what I saw was that OTM sends a URL to the contact where he can view the document. So not sending the document itself.
Doesn;t have to be a problem, because when the contact opens the link, the document is opened and you can store it where ever you want.
