Hi,
i get the following error upon trying to accept/decline a tender after loging in as a servporv...
"Missing domain in Tender workflow for GLOG.01064Missing domain in Tender workflow for GLOG.01064" ...
can any one suggest what should be the corrective action...

Hi - I would take a look in the OTM logs to see if you can find a more detailed message that will explain the issue. For the standard OTM software, having a SERVPROV user accept a tender should not be problematic.
Without seeing the more detailed log files, I would check the configuration, on your GLOG domain, of the Workflow parameters (Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Workflow Parameters) and make sure that is set up correctly. If you have set up a new mode for example, and that mode is on this shipment, you will need to set up these Workflow Parameters accordingly.

Can we tender the LCL shipments ?where the we have LCL Base and lcl master rate records.

THE ERROR IS " Missing domain in Tender workflow for GLOG.01088/" & the logs are as follows. I am able to accept the tender form my domain .. i.e where the shipments have been created.
pls advice...

Hi,
I think you are tendering shipment for a mode which is not set into the workflow for tender. |

Hi,
You need to verify your workflow parameters,i think you are missing something in workflow parameters.if it's not work just send me details of your flow.
By seeing the log ,its clear that workflow parameters are missing for that mode and my be for domain. | | |
