We have successfully created simple order, order release, shipment but at the time of securing resources for shipments following error are coming:



build a new shipment OTM.01083

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to parse the specified XML






I tried to rectify the above issue but iam unable to do so.

Can you please suggest what should we do? Any help is highly appreciated
