We've just introduced a new feature to the OTMFAQ -- Tutorials! Using the ScreenStepsLive framework, we're able to create and post lessons, howto's and tutorials that visually guide members how to perform certain actions or activities.

I've added this functionality because of the difficulty in -- ScreenSteps (ScreenSteps: Software Documentation and Tutorial Creation Tool) is the best program I've found for quickly creating high-quality visual tutorials.

The first lesson is technical (of course!) and shows how to update the OTM DB connection pool to refresh every 5 minutes and avoid firewall timeouts.

In order to access the tutorials, just click on the "OTMFAQ Tutorials" or "Tutorials" link on the left side of the OTMFAQ - Oracle OTM / G-Log GC3 Community Support site.
