Adding entry in table not reflecting in UI

Hi,

Versiontm 5.5 cu3

I have updated table:'ORDER_RELEASE_REFNUM_QUAL' in Database.Just added one more record to it.And then I have restarted my Weblogic n Tomcat services.I am unable to see the added record entry in the 'Order Release Refnum' field in the Ui.Please let me know is there any other changes to be done to reflect in UI.I did not modify the existing table structure in DB.

Appreciating your help in advance.
Regards,
Nikesh.

Re: Adding entry in table not reflecting in UI

Hi Nikesh,

I created a new refnum qual from the Power data and was able to see this one in the Refnum qual gid ( drop down in the order release refnum grid).

I also added a new record in the db directly and restarted my servers. I was able to see my new refnum qual. I have also checked that the refnums are populated in the dropdown irrespective of the domain.

I hope you are checking at the right place ( Order Release Refnums grid : Refnum Qual dropdown). Please check once again, it should be there.

Satya

Hi Satya,

Thanks once again for your reply and help.Actually I did not commit the data once created.Just forgot and then I restarted my system.Later I also tried out with the Power Data screens and it worked.Anyways thanks.I am still stuck with the alignment of the dropdownlistbox.

So I am closing the thread.

Regards,
Nikesh.
