Question Assigning Color to a cell in results column

In the Buy Shipment Finder Results, we have a column, number of stops. If the number of stops is greater than 2, we want the cell highlighted, in red for example. Does anyone know of a way to handle this in OTM?

Re: Assigning Color to a cell in results column

There is a way. You can set a remark value based on the business rule. While setting hte remarks value set the value as <font color=red>[YOUR TEXT HERE]</font>. If you want to fill the whole cell flooded with red, the keep HTML Code for table with standard height and width and fill the color and set the remark value. Then show the remark text in the search results.

Alternatively you can set a color image against the shipment and display on the result. This is much simpler.

Re: Assigning Color to a cell in results column

I will advise you to make use of setting user defined images with agent action when you want to set color against shipments and display them in results.

I tried updating shipment remarks with few HTML blocks and it works fine while I edit and see the shipment through shipment manager; but throws UI errors on the search results. so I will not recommend you to use any HTML codes for color Highlights on search results. Apologies!
