Rep Power: 0 | | | Column Lock in Screen Set Hi All,
I'm stumped .
How do you lock a column in a custom screen set? Our client requires that a column displaying the Customer PO number be locked when scrolling in the screen. I've set the column to be the second column in the results screen, after the standard 'OTM ID' column.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

If you did it with an xsl style sheet you need to insert this line into your code of the widget: <xsl:with-param name="readonly">true</xsl:with-param>

Apology for replying so late. Thanks for the tip, will remember it. I copied an existing screen set and then modified it to our requirements. I have set the Scroll / Static option in the more column options to Static, but with no joy.
Any ideas from your side.
Thanks,
Albert |

Appology for the confusion .
I selected one of the standard screen sets, the Buy_Shipment screen set, and then copied it. In the copied screen set, I added an additional column to display the Customer Order Number. The customer order number is copied from the order release to the buy shipment as a shipment refnum once the shipment is created. The column I added in the copied screen set will display this number. Once the column is created (in the results tab), there is the option to add More information / options to the column. One of these options is to set the column either as Static or Scroll. This column is number two in the list of columns, after the OTM standard DomainName.Shipment ID column. The standard one stays static when you scroll. I want the second column displaying the refnum also to be static.
Any ideas?

Albert |

I just tried it in 5.5 CU4 and when setting the first column to static it works (so the line with sequence "1")
Does the line has seq. 1? is there another column in front?

Column sequence is 1, the difference is we are running OTM55 CU2. Should we upgrade to CU4?
Regards,
Albert

I only can tell you about CU4 regarding this issue.
Last year around this time I tested and certified CU2 for our company, but I can;t remember this to be tested then.....
So, I can only state it works in CU4....
