hi all,
Can we associate the time zone with the country code which i created. In otm there are default country codes like BEL,AUS..,if any of this country is selected then otm provides the corresponding time zone but if i created a new country like DK-DENMARK ., selecting that country and after clicking Finished button then it shows error like
Cannot update the LOCATION record. [TIME_ZONE_GID] must reference a valid TIME_ZONE record.

Is it possible to associate the time zone with the newly created country codes?

Is it possible to hide this time zone field in the screen since i need only the country code?

If so kindly tell me how to proceed with this.

Hi Nisha,

There should be a table that links the TIME_ZONE table with the COUNTRY_CODE table, in OTM 4.5 it is called TIME_ZONE_LOCALE. You may need to create a new record in that table linking your new Country Codes to their respective Time Zones.
