hi all,
Can any one help me in customizing the mail that comes from otm notification. I have modified all the relevant files and set user preferences but it is not reflecting in the notification mail.

note: DefaultShipmentEventHtml.xsl
DocumentUtil.xsl
Locale.xsl
DefaultShipmentEventText.xsl
LifetimeEventTemplates.xsl
TenderUtilHtml.xsl
are the files i modified. and these files are in Mail_Cust folder.

Is there any files left out ? Please help me out in this.

Did you set the files on the App and web server?
And after that you should reboot the machines before they take effect.

I hope you already check all these but , just to confirm please recheck these
1) on the StyleSheet profile : Template Name: Check the path is it pointing to the correct folder and the correct file what you modified
2)Update the new files on Webserver
3) After you have created the new stylesheet you will link it to the requried notification
Go to Business Process Automation/Communication Manager/Contact Notification.
> Find the requried Notification edit the email communication link it to your new stylesheet.
