How to get original XML structure of notify Email

We have requirement to customize the shipment event notify email stylesheet.
How to get original XML structure of the notify Email,so we could modify the XSL according to the XML.
Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

I also have a similar doubt regarding this notify Email...The notification Email also have an URL at the end of the mail. When we click on that URL, it will redirect us to the HomePage of the OTM. But, it has to take to the correct page of the OTM application..Does anybody aware of modifying that link...and this mail notification is not an XSL, it is an InvoiceDOMBuilder....how can we get and modify this DOMBuilder...
