Question [SOLVED] renaming the tabs
can we rename the tabs in the OTM like 'communication and remarks' tab in service provider screen?

Re: renaming the tabs
If you have access to the source code you can change it in the /jsp/Servprov/SERVPROV/NAV.jspx ( if you are on 55) .

Look for 'label.ContactsandRemarks' .

I don't think you will be able to modify the tab label from manager layout.
