Question Want to create an url on the Order Base integration to the ORDER BASE LINES

I have the task to change the order base integration mail (DefaultOrderBaseEventHtml.xsl) to our customer needs.
I do not have issues to fulfill the requirements regarding layout but i just can't find the right call/servlet to get to the screen where i can see all the order base lines from the order base.

As i might be making not too much sense (newby):

I would like to replace the url:
href="http://otmsystem/GC3/glog.webserver.orderbase.OrderBaseManagementServle t?pk=MBR.AD-999999-AUU-MBR"

with an url that brings me to the screen where i can see (release) all the order base lines that belong to the order base 'MBR.AD-999999-AUU-MBR'
