i am gonna install the CU#3 patch to our otm application, as a precautionary measure i need to create an empty schema in the name of glogowner, and i need to know the level to be fixed for this schema.

I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to accomplish with the empty glogowner schema. Can you share more details and what you hope to gain?
