This is it, but keep in mind that RAC is not used much in Production with OTM. When it is, it often suffers from head-clash performance issues. If you're doing this for High-availability, it may be fine, but if you're doing it for performance balancing, then you'll need to run benchmarks to ensure you're getting a benefit from RAC.
