Error in Open OTM Screens Hi,
We are able to login to OTM. But not able to open any of the screens (shipment,
Invoice, Business Process etc) This prevents us from shipping products. This also prevents us from processing the invoices.
When we are trying to open error came as below
Cause.Finder_Cannot_open_Database
call vpd.set_user_r(?,?,?,?)=null}; inParams=[UPS.ADMIN, ADMIN, null, STATIC]
java.sql.SQLException: OALL8 is in an inconsistent state.
Sometimes its working fine sometimes this issue came.
We have created a new independent domain called 'UPS'.
Associated setup: given grants on the location from other domain
Created new service provider, new locations,rate offering, rate record, automation agents, saved queries, new screen sets for shipments and
invoices.
Please provode the solution for this.
