Hi,
When ever i start my OTM Instance, I am getting below exception in the glog.app.log file

Did you run as glogowner @aq_setup.sql? That's all I can think of on the top of my head.

Check on metalink for any errors specific to OAS. I'm not sure if this was a OAS bug or if you have something wrong with the database. Did you review the database import log to see if there were any errors?
