Hi All,
We have successfully installed the FTI (Oracle Fusion Transportation Intelligence), but to enable OTM User interface following changes need to be done:

• LOAD_ORDER_BASE_TO_HD (Default Event: Order base created)
• LOAD_ORDER_RELEASE_TO_HD (Default Event: Order on shipment tendered)
• LOAD_SHIPMENT_TO_HD (Default Event: Shipment tendered)

Note: Make sure that the aa_load_hd.p_load_all_once is manually run once after the FTI
Install. This will do a complete load of the data.

I require help for enabling above agents (how to enable following agents.)

Can you please suggest what should we do?Any help is highly appreciated

In OTM, from the menu, click on Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent. Query for the three agents you listed and click on the Active check box and click Finished. Note that you will need to be logged in as a user in the Public domain such as DBA.ADMIN to activate these agents.
