Please tell me anybody, how I can to setup visualization my related shipment, then i do action-view-Map Related Shipments, i have follow error...Error found handling the request.java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/bbn/openmap/proj/Projection |

Hello,
You're receiving this error because the required 3rd-party jar files were not loaded into your system after your installation.
The easiest way to resolve this issue is to use the 3rd-party jars archive that we provide on the forum: http://www.otmfaq.com/forums/f23/otm...tallation-415/ (OTM v5.5 Extra Jars Required for Installation)

To install, just place the zip file into your $OTM_HOME (i.e. installation) directory and then unzip the file. It will automatically extract into the correct directories by default.
Make sure you copy and unzip the file while logged in as your OTM user, if on Unix/Linux.

Hello Chris,
Your hints are very useful. I had done all action which describe in the instruction.
Then I restart web and apps server, and tried to do action Map related Shipment. I haven't errors, but i haven't visualization.
Please tell me else hint , what I should to do...

And else I have message in Status bar: mismatched tag: line1, coloumn 90.
I installed openmap.jar (last version from site) openmap4.6.4, may be by this reason, I have problem. |

In order for the maps to display in a web browser you will need to install the SVGViewer. It can be downloaded from Adobe's web site Adobe - SVG - Manual Download

Thank you, but i did it (installed SVG) already, unfortunately i haven't effect. |

And you don't get any errors in the web logs under otm/logs/apache?
