[new_otm]

Hi,

We have done a new OTM installation and everything is Ok(database installation, upgrade, otm installation...)
When we open otm application we have this error:

Does anyone know how can I solve this error?

Hello,

This sounds like one of a couple of things:

1. Your DB connection pool failed, so you don't have any db connections and the security was never setup. You would see an indication of this withing the WebLogic console.log and weblogic.log files ($OTM_HOME/logs/weblogic/)
2. While installing OTM, there was an issue with your BEA path (assuming this is WebLogic) and the security jar files weren't installed correctly.

If #1 doesn't resolve the issue - post here and I can help you through #2 as it is more involved.
