sorry Joseph am new to this kind of installations... I clicked edit on the gc3env.cmd file and copied all the contents into a doc. Same is attached here. Hope i have sent the right details to you. If not please clarify where to find those..

Add a line to gc3env.cmd Code: set CLASSPATH=%CLASSPATH%;%GLOG_HOME%/oas/jdbc/lib/ojdbc14dms.jar;%GLOG_HOME%/oas/lib/dms.jar

Hi Joseph,
Attached is the result on running dbpatch_55 after changing the content of gc3env.cmd for your ref. The running is continuing still for more than an hour. Should i wait till something to happen after this?

Finally the patch process came to an end. Attached is the dbpatch_55.log for your ref. Below are 3 errors i could see. Are these errors ignorable  Error adding check constraint on GL_USER.IS_EXTERNAL GL_USER ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified Error creating foreign key FK_TSD_TABLE_SET on TABLE_SET_DETAIL ORA-02268: referenced table does not have a primary key Error creating foreign key FK_DGM_TABLE_SET on DOMAIN_GRANTS_MADE ORA-02268: referenced table does not have a primary

After patch process complete i restarted DataBase and all the serviers. Now i am getting the attached dyanamic error...
Pls help!!!!

Thanks a ton both of you... Now OTM has started and working fine...
Earlier password in tomcat.conf was as below
wrapper.java.additional.7=-DGC3EncodedPassword=Q0hBTkdFTUU=
wrapper.java.additional.8=-Dglog.properties=glog.tomcat.properties
wrapper.java.additional.9=-Dglog.home=%GLOG_HOME%/glog/config
I had changed the password to CHANGEME in encoded form(VAU9uZtJtMwEb3tIVKgN49bfrnE=). This is the reason the authentication has failed. Now when i changed it back to default(Q0hBTkdFTUU=) OTM started working fine...
