Lightbulb Bottlenecks for Integration

I want to see everyone out there who integrated OTM 5.5 give there inputs regarding any major issues in OTM 5.5 that effected their implementation.

Re: Bottlenecks for Integration

Hello,

Are you looking for functional or technical issues? At the highest level, the biggest issues I've seen with OTM integration that dramatically affect the project timelines are:
  1. Complete the gap analysis ASAP (technical and functional) - so that you'll know the issues you need to resolve and will have a good lay of the landscape early in the project.
  2. Install and configure your integration middleware as soon as possible, so that it can be proven before your OTM go-live.
  3. Ensure constant and efficient communication between your functional superusers and the team developing the integration. Critical for ensuring that all needs are appropriately addressed.
With a more specific post, you may be able to gather more responses from the community.

Thanks,
Chris
