Lightbulb BPEL - OAQ - OTM 5.5 - Performance Issues

Did any one use BPEL - OAQ - OTM 5.5 and see any performance issues because of using queues? If you did how you proceed further? I want to have a discussion regarding this. Please throw in your thoughts.

Thanks,
RK.

Re: BPEL - OAQ - OTM 5.5 - Performance Issues

I'm aware of two clients using OAQ (Coca-Cola and UPM), however I don't believe that either of them are using BPEL as their middleware.

I can add the following;

I haven't seen any performance issued directly with OAQ - though both clients above have a lot of integration and had performance issues related to the OTM threads and required significant tuning.

I have, however, seen performance issues with BPEL and the pre-packaged EBS / OTM integration flows. I'm not sure if these are due to the BPEL Process Manager or the design of the flows, however -- though I would suspect the latter.

Thanks,
Chris
