DOM Exception

Hi,
I am facing following error. we are not able to proceed with this error.

'org.wc3.dom.DOMException:NOT_FOUND_ERR: An attempt is made to reference a node in a context where it does not exist'

this error occurs, only when i try to 'Accept Tender' but not facing the problem with other items in same actions menu.
Even we restarted our app server but still problem exist.

any idea on how to resolve this issue?

Cheers!

Re: DOM Exception

hi,

Most cases this works after bounce of server, by the way are you using a public domain transport mode like LTL or a customised transport mode. If you are using a customised transport mode try adding it to the workflow parameters and then try your tender accepting process.

Re: DOM Exception

i use public transport modes. actually i found the problem.
In service provider,we use match rule to match invoice with the shipment. match rule dat was corrupted and it throwed us this error. Hence it affected tendering process too....

no idea hw match rule was corrupted i.e. we were not able to view or edit it!!! we deleted match rule and created new one after which tendering process worked!!!
