Hi all,

I'm trying to import CSV files using Python command, but when execute the command with its required parameters it shows the the said message i.e. IOError: [Errorno socket error] (111, 'Connection refused')

is anyone can help me out of it

You need to have SQL Plus installed on your web server and configured to your database. The first thing I would check is to see if you can sqlplus into your database from your web server(s). If that works, then check the log files on the web server and see what error you are getting in the glog.web.log and your apache error.log.
