Integrating OTM with Baan/SAP/Lawson ERP

Hi all,

Has anyone integrated OTM with non-oracle ERP - like Baan, Lawson or SAP?

Can you please share IT landscape/ integration framework for such integrations ( on high level).
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Nipun lakhotia

Re: Integrating OTM with Baan/SAP/Lawson ERP

OTM has been integrated with a lot of non-Oracle ERPs, especially with SAP. I've also seen it used with a lot of home-grown and little-known ERP systems. Since the integration is standard XML, it's pretty easy to develop custom integration flows.

At a super-high level, the typical flows include:
- orders in to OTM
- planned shipments out of OTM
- status updates into OTM
- financial data out of OTM
- syncing master data (item masters, locations, contacts, etc)

From there it all depends on the business requirements.
