We are using BPEL for integrating OTM with the client's SAP server.

Currently BPEL is asynchronosly connected to OTM, meaning to send data to OTM as one orders are received at BPEL.

Once BPEL sends order messages to OTM, it will wait for 30 seconds for the acknowledgement and if not received considers it as message failed and again triggers the message or send the failure message to SAP application.

Usually whenever there are too many order messages queued to OTM, OTM is taking time more than 30 seconds to send acknowledgement.

Is there any solution to it by making in setup changes in OTM as I understand from client that he cannot make any changes on time settings in BPEL.

Can anyone of you guide me pls.
