Dear Pals,

I done the PC Miler setup in OTM as shown in attached document.... It is not working..what can be the reason?

Your configuration is incorrect. The PC Miler Host and port should say:

host pcmiler.host
port pcmiler.port

You then need to configure your glog.properties to point to Pcmiler's port and dns, then restart OTM. I would refer to the out of box PCMILER_PRACTICAL_CITY_TO_CITY if you want to create your own, or just use the out of box ones.

I done that change some time back and tried, but I am getting a blank screen saying that "Distance Could Not Be Determined. Please refine your query and try again."

Yes because out of box, you need to create a rate distance to use the external distance engine. Refer to help on how to set this up, but revert the changes back or remove the external distance engine you created.

Did you check your glog.properties file to see if it is enabled? If it is run a telnet from your application server to the url and port to see if you have connectivity to the PC Miler server.
