OTM 5.5.3 Rollup #1, #2 Causing Unknown_Service Exception.

We have (had ?) 5.5.3 running on Linux, OAS. Applied rollup updates #1 and #2. Now getting error as shown below.

I'm sure you resovled this by now, but just in case - I ran across this on metalink looking for something else mentioning a user had this issue after not following the additional special steps in the readme after applying RU2 for CU3. I pasted the info below from metalink:

There were post-installation scripts that needed to be run. This was shown when the client typed the following after installing RU2.
