Rep Power: 0 | | | Re: OTM v5.5 CU5 - HELP! Thank you. I have looked at some, but I'm a Linux Systems Administrator. I've been a freelance DBA for the last 3 months at our company, and I'm learning on the fly. And now they expect me to install and implement the OTM module by Tuesday. It's very overwhelming, and it would be more helpful if I could get a simple "Yes, you need to install all of the components," or a "No, the OTM v5.5. CU5 includes all of those."
Any help would be appreciated greatly.
Thanks,
Kris |

Rep Power: 2 | | | Re: OTM v5.5 CU5 - HELP! Kris, You need all of the files you mention. When you run the OTM installer for the web, app or report tier just after the installer has finished, you will get the readme on all of the files you need to install as part of the post installation files and where to get them. Nick

Rep Power: 0 | | | Re: OTM v5.5 CU5 - HELP! Thank you all for your prompt reply. I really appreciate the information you have given me so that I can move forward with this. I am on page 6 of 16 for the OTM installation. If it's successful, I've have a notch under my belt. If it is not successful, I'll have a headache and more work. Haha.
Best regards,

The installation was successful and without issue.
I have documented my installation for our company, but you might find it useful for yours. If you're interested, I can send it to you in an e-mail to better assist you.
Best regards,
