[SOLVED] Custom Screenset issues after v5.0 January SR

Hello,

A client of ours recently encountered a serious issue when patching their v5.0 instance from the July '06 SR (I believe) to the January '07 SR. After the upgrade, their custom screensets no longer displayed multiple refnum values correctly. Instead, the first refnum value would be repeated over and over for each successive refnum. Even after re-creating their custom screensets, the issue persisted.

This has been identified by Oracle as a bug (and luckily a patch is available!), though it unfortunately isn't listed publicly. You'll need to open an SR on Metalink, but ensure that you note that it may be related to bug 5894477. Based on this, Oracle suggested patch 9020975.
