Transmissions taking longer time to process

Hi All,

We are facing an issue with OTM performance. We have recently upgraded to CU5.5 RU2. Trasmisisons sit in STAGED/FRESH status for 20-30 mins before they get processed. Especially the ORDER RELEASES.

Our queues look like this:-
agentPlanning - 5
agentUtility - 20
integration - 3
lifetime - 7
publishWait -4

What i am not able to figure out is when there is a backlog in integration, other queues are at 0 and processing very fast. When we increase the threads on integration, we see backlog somewhere else. Is there any documentation of what exactly happen when a transmisison hits OTM? Does it go thru all these queues?

Thanks,
Yuga

Have you looked within the MediatorDiagServlet? It's possible that blocking there is causing the delay - and also wouldn't be visible in the EventDiagServlet.
