Issue while accessing FTI from OTM v55 CU04

Dear All,

Currently we are working OTM v55 CU04 OTM instance. To access FTI, I have installed FTI and followed steps to configured Apache and Tomcat as suggested in admin guide. When we try to access FTI from OTM, we are getting weird error saying that we have not logged into BI Server.

We checked all apache and tomcat logs and did not see any issue. I am attaching few files which could help you in pointing issues and suggesting any corrections. Please let me know if I can share any further information/files which would help you to suggest the solution.

Thanks a ton in advance.

Regards,
Raghu Lakshman

I think in CU4 it was incorrect in the way the entry looks in the glog.properties. Make sure your property entry looks like this:

aa_webserver=aa.oracle.com:8081
ALLOW_ADVANCED_ANALYTICS=true

Re: Issue while accessing FTI from OTM v55 CU04

Hi Nick,

Thanks for your reply. Actually the issue is because of the configuration in InstanceConfig.xml. Since we have installed OBIEE in basic mode, SSO should be disabled. Now, FTI is up and running.

Thanks,
Raghu Lakshman
