OTM and OIM (Oracle Identity Management) Integration

All,

Have any of you integrated OTM with OIM? We are interested in how it went.

Thanks,

Chris

Re: OTM and OIM (Oracle Identity Management) Integration

Chris,

We've done some work with this. OTM isn't natively supported, though I believe this is going to change in OTM v6.0. So - there isn't a way to setup user directory synchronization between OIM and OTM, nor can you setup OTM to make authentication calls back to the OIM directory. Rather, you need to combine this with the SSO services and set it up to pass the OTM username and password within the http header.

Another option is to try to setup OIM to pre-populate the OTM login screen based on credentials within the OTM directory. This isn't perfect, but may be a workable solution.
