Why OTMSIG so early this time

Is there any reason for holding the OTMSIG event so early this time?

Will OTM6.0 realease coincide that event?

Considering the recessionary situation, what we are doing so that we can have reasonable number of participants from all over the world ?

I think one of the way will be reduce the registration fee........

Regards
Nilabja

Re: Why OTMSIG so early this time

We moved the OTM SIG Conference earlier in the year in response to feedback that we heard from many of the European users. Scheduling the OTM SIG conference in August conflicted with some holiday time for that area, so we moved it up in the year.

While we didn't make the conference cheaper, we did keep it at the same price. All speakers will receive a free pass to the conference, so feel free to submit a white paper.
