I would like to know what does a transmission with status fresh and redo means?
Thanks,

FRESH: Transmission is being processed or waiting for being processed
ERROR: Transmission failed (for a part or completely)
REDO: You can assign this status to a transmission according rules you set yourself. In Process management you can then create a recurring task to process every transmission in the REDO-status. The transmission will be then moved again to the FRESH status. The recurring task can be looking every 5 minutes (E.g.) for these transmissions.
Hope this helps.

I have a scenario in OTM where the transmission is sitting in a FRESH status and its related transaction has a status of processed. I don't quite understand this, how can this be possible. The transaction was meant to perform some kind of update on a shipment, it has finished with that however the actual transmission is still sitting in FRESH status.

This sounds very familiar to me, I saw that behaviour before. Only thing is that I really don;t know hoe this was solved. Most likely our DBA did something here.
At least, it shouldn't be the case.
Oracle should know it in their knowledge base.

Rep Power: 1 | | | Re: Info about transmission status I have seen this issue once before. I think the only way to fix it is via a direct sql update. You probably will need to contact Oracle support on why this occurs but most likely everything was committed in your transactions prior to a restart except the actual transmission.
