Title : SCEM Tips and Techniques
Speaker: Fan Zang – Manager of Logistics Development, Oracle
The SCEM Tips and Techniques track would provide basic information on the architecture of automation agents and milestone monitors. It will primarily focus on providing some fundamental tips around setting up automation agents and milestone monitors. The track would include a PowerPoint presentation with potentially some demonstration of actual software. Topics for this track include:
• How are OTM Automation Agent architected?
• How are OTM Milestone Monitors architected?
• Scenarios when it makes sense to use an automation agent v/s milestone monitor
• Tips on setting up an automation agent and common mistakes to avoid
• Tips on setting up a milestone monitor and common mistakes to avoid
• Performance implications of setting up a milestone monitor v/s automation agent
