  • Early Bird Registration $695.00 - Until May 31, 2008
  • Regular Registration: $750.00 - From June 1, 2008 until program ends

• Cancelation Policy: If you cancel your registration there will be a $50.00 non-refundable administration fee prior to July 2, 2008. After July 2, 2008 no refunds will be given. Your cancellation request must be submitted to otmsig@meetingexpectations.com.
• Substitution Policy: You can substitute another person from your company at any time by sending an email to otmsig@meetingexpectations.com.

I'll update everyone with the date that the Agenda will be available after this week's OTM SIG call. I expect it to be soon, but we need to narrow down the presentations in order to come up with the final Agenda.

When you register online with Meeting Expectations, it will give you the option of making hotel reservations at the DoubleTree Hotel, where we've set aside rooms and have a preferred rate. Other hotels may be available in the area, but I haven't looked into them, to be honest

Just a quick update for everyone. We're voting on the presentations now and expect to have a list of topics and presentations out by Wednesday or Thursday. This will allow everyone to review and then sign up before the Early Bird Registration ends on May 31st.

I wanted to share an email from Tara (Meeting Expectations) that details the discounted rooms that we have set aside at the DoubleTree Hotel, where the conference is being held.
