Here's quick tutorial on how to subscribe to a particular forum.
(Note: Click the image thumbnails for larger images.)

First, select the forum that you want to subscribe to:

Next, from within that forum, select "Forum Tools":

and then select "Subscribe to this Forum":

On the next screen, select the type of updates you'd like to receive:

Finally, click the "Add Subscription" button:

Congrats! You're now subscribed and will receive an update whenever new threads or replies are posted within this forum.
