You also agree that you will not collect and store information about the members of this forum or use such information for the purpose of transmitting or facilitating transmission of unsolicited bulk electronic e-mail or communications. You further agree that you will not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from a minor (anyone under 18 yrs old). Personal information includes but is not limited to name, address, and phone number.
6. Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party;

GENERAL FORUM POLICING
OTMFAQ and its agents reserve the right at their sole discretion to remove, edit, move, or close any post and/or topic without prior notice, that in OTMFAQ's judgment, does not comply with the General Forum Agreement or is otherwise harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. OTMFAQ is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content.

OTMFAQ may, without prior notice, immediately terminate your membership upon discovery of any unauthorized advertising or solicitation to members of the user community. All OTMFAQ moderators and OTM SIG board members will have access to the user database; any moderator or board member abusing this information will be removed from the forums and board immediately. As a member of our forum you are encouraged to report any violators of our rules to admin@otmfaq.com.

Furthermore, you agree that violating any part of this agreement may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned from the OTMFAQ forum. The IP address of all posts is recorded to help better enforce this agreement.
